Our highly experienced in-house team of engineers can be contracted to install systems efficiently and professionally, in any environment, to a customer’s design requirements. The extensive knowledge our engineers have gathered from completing many installations at large development projects also means we understand the importance of working in coordination with other contractors, as well as communicating effectively with on-site estates teams.
We hold a number of industry-standard health & safety accreditations and are more than happy to complete company-specific training programmes, as required.
In the event that a customer engages an independent installation engineer, our after-sales support team are on hand to answer any questions over the phone on +44 (0)1249 715 698.
As well as installation, or engineers are also qualified to provide commissioning services. This is particularly relevant to our BREEAM water leak detection products our engineers can complete and provide you with a commissioning certificate that can be given to BREEAM as evidence that the system is working correctly.
Commissioning services include
- Setting up parameters in system control panels according to customer requirements
- Checking electrical connections have been made correctly
- Testing that alarm systems are triggered as expected, as well as ensure relay outputs, and the devices they are connected to, are operating correctly.
We offer competitive ongoing maintenance contracts for all equipment that we supply. Engineer maintenance visits ensure that systems are operating correctly and all associated devices are in good working order. Visits can take place as frequently as required, with annual, bi-annual and even weekly contracts available.
Our engineers are also able to provide maintenance on other, non-Aqualeak water leak detection systems providing customers with a single maintenance option.
In addition to advising our customers on the best water leak detection system for their requirements, our technical sales team can also prepare bespoke CAD illustrations to demonstrate recommendations. This includes overlaying existing design drawings with where we propose to install sensor cable, probes and control panels. If an existing design drawing is not available, our technical sales team are also happy to prepare a schematic of the system.
Our technical sales team can work with specifiers to ensure and advise that the performance criteria included in a specification document relating to water leak detection is consistent with the type of system required for a development or application.
