Aqualeak is open for business and we continue to provide our customers with the same levels of quality and service they have come to expect.
During these uncertain and challenging times, our priorities as always are the safety and wellbeing of our staff, and ensuring our continuing ability to support our customers.
We have adapted our day-to-day working to continue to meet these priorities.
Sales, consultancy and technical support
All our office-based staff are now working from home. Technical sales staff are on hand to provide advice and quotations on products and systems as normal and can be contacted between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, via email@example.com. We also continue to offer technical support during working hours via firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have an urgent sales or technical support enquiry, someone is always available during office hours on 01249 715698. Rest assured that however you contact us, you will as ever receive a swift response.
Manufacture and dispatch
Our manufacturing and dispatch facility continues to operate with a skeleton staff and is strictly observing UK Government social distancing guidelines. Stock levels of our core products and accessories are robust and we are in a position to fulfil orders, within reason, when placed. Stock items are available on next day delivery, although this is subject to the operations of third-party couriers and shipping providers. Scheduled deliveries as part of ongoing orders are unaffected.
Installation, commissioning and maintenance
In-line with independent advice, we are not currently undertaking any on-site installation, commissioning or maintenance work. We are keeping this under constant review and will respond to requests for site-based work according to a site’s compliance with guidance available at that time.
